Listed below are Contact Persons at Agencies in the greater Chesapeake Bay region from which you can request copies of inked fingerprint cards. Telephone the contact person, then ask which instructions and procedures you must follow before the inked fingerprint card(s) will be forwarded to you. Please be advised that the procedures for requesting fingerprint cards will be different for each agency.
