CBD-IAI Facts

The 50th. President of the Chesapeake Bay Divison is P. David Morgan of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's CJIS Divison. David is the sixth member of the FBI to serve as president of our division.

FBI members who have preceeded David as CBD President are Lillian U. Jenkins ('72-'73), Clarence E. Phillips ('79-'80), Nick Stames ('83-'84), Carol A. Edelen ('94-'95) and Sandy McKay ('07-'08).
