Every Participant qualifies for a year membership to the Chesapeake Bay Division of the IAI.

Poster Participant Receives

• 1-year free membership to the Chesapeake Bay Division of the International Association of Identification
• Free attendance on February 12, 2026
• Discounted for conference attendance:
  • Student
    • One day $75.00 in person
    • One day $50.00 Virtual
    • Two days $200.00 in person (Full registration)
  • Professional
    • One day - $75.00
    • Two days - $200.00 (Full registration)
• Cash prizes
  • First Place - $100.00
  • Second Place $50.00

Poster Criteria

• Poster needs to include the following:
  • Poster Size up to 4 ft (Height) by 8 ft (Width)
  • Presenter’s Name
  • University / Agency
  • Program of study or Position held at agency
  • Contact Information
  • Title, Research or literature Review topic
  • Abstract
  • Introduction/background
  • Materials and methods (If applicable)
  • Results and discussion
  • Conclusions
  • Reference
• Participants are required to be present and give a two to five-minute oral presentation demonstrating the poster during the contest on February 12, 2026 starting at 10:00am
• Participants must be prepared to answer questions from the poster contest judges and conference attendees
