I am looking forward with anticipation to our upcoming conference in Fredericksburg, Va. It promises to be one of the best ever. Our slate of speakers will have something of interest for all our members.
I am very proud to be your President and would like to thank everyone for their energetic participation and support. Please continue to express your desires to me between now and our conference. I know that together we can provide what is amiable to you in Fredericksburg. Your attendance and active particiapation is essential to the success of this conference and future of the CBD.
I would indeed be remiss if I did not recognize the hard work and dedication of Richard Taylor, your Board, Officers and members for making our conferences in Richmond and Roanoke such a big success.
Reminder - Friday night function will be a "50's & 60's" dance with DJ, dress accordingly.
As 1990 draws to a close, my family and I would like to extend to members and friends of the Chesapeake Bay Division the wishes of a happy and prosperous New Year.
See you in Fredericksburg.

Thank you to those of you who were able to attend the Spring Educational Conference in Fredericksburg. The meeting was well attended and informative. Also, I would like to offer a warm welcome to each new member who has recently joined the Chesapeake Bay Division.
A synopsis of the Minutes for the Spring Business Meeting are published in the Examiner, so please peruse them and contact me if there are any questions.
The schedule for the Fall Conference, November 1 - 2 in Ocean City has been finalized. Many thanks to the Officers and members whose efforts have made our conferences a success.
On behalf of the Division, I congratulate Mr. Dany Greathouse (FBI) and Mr. Coy Burns (USSS) on their election to the Board of Directors (IAI-Parent Body). The Association Members selected the right men for these positions of responsibility within the IAI.
Since we had such a good time at the Friday nite dinner and dance in Fredericksburg, there will be another DJ spinning the platters for us in Ocean City, so bring your dancing shoes. I look forward to seeing all of you in Ocean City.
