Greetings to all,
It is with great pleasure that I greet you as the current President of the Chesapeake Bay Division of the International Association for Identification. It is truly an honor to serve as your President.
On behalf of the Chesapeake Bay Division, I would like to congratulate Mike Gorden on his very successful year as president; providing us with informative speakers as well as interesting locations for the conferences.
I also want to congratulate Rebecca Wood, the current second Vice President, for all her work preparing the spring 2014 seminar and fall educational conference speaker programs. Not all of us realize the time preparation that goes in to making each event successful. The conference planning committee as a whole spends a lot of their time and energy ensuring that each conference is a success. Thank you everyone for all the hard work each of you do to put on such a great training events.
I have planned for the fall meeting to be held on October 10th and 11th, at the Williamsburg Hotel and Conference Center in Williamsburg, Virginia. In view of the subject material, speaker’s platform and activities available, only your attendance will be needed to make this meeting a complete success. I am looking forward to seeing you in Williamsburg.
Best Wishes for a healthy and prosperous holiday season!
-Jeff Barnes, President
